What is Paintless Dent Repair?

Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a specialized technique for correcting dents and dings on a vehicle's body without repainting. It is especially effective for minor damage caused by stones, hail, or small impacts, as it allows the panel to be restored without affecting the vehicle's original paint.

Repair Process

The repair is carried out using tools specifically designed for PDR (Paintless Dent Repair), which allow access to the inside of the affected panel. With controlled and precise movements, the technician works the metal until the dent is removed. This process requires skill and control, as the goal is to correct the damage without compromising the paint or the original finish. Since repainting is not required, the repair time is usually shorter and the cost more affordable.

When is it advisable

Paintless dent repair (PDR) is ideal for small to medium-sized dents where the paint remains intact. It is not recommended for severe damage or areas where the paint is completely removed. In addition to being a more economical option, PDR is a more environmentally friendly method, as it avoids the use of chemicals and repainting processes.
