1. Service Policy
At Cógelo Pa' Ti, we offer Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) services subject to prior evaluation. Not all dents qualify for paintless repair. Service feasibility will depend on the type of damage, location, depth, and condition of the paint. We reserve the right to refuse jobs that do not meet PDR technical standards.
2. Quotation Policy
All quotes are estimates and may vary after an on-site inspection. Final prices are confirmed before any work begins. Quotes are valid for a limited time and are subject to change without notice.
3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or changes must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to appear for an appointment may result in administrative charges or forfeiture of deposit, if applicable.
4. Payment Policy
We accept payments in cash, ATH Móvil, and other pre-agreed methods. Payment is made upon completion of the service, unless otherwise stated.
5. Warranty Policy
We guarantee the quality of our work under normal vehicle use conditions. The warranty does not cover subsequent damage, new impacts, tampering by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
6. Responsibility Policy
Although PDR is a non-invasive method, some vehicles may exhibit minor variations due to previous repairs, repainting, or existing structural conditions. Cógelo Pa' Ti is not responsible for pre-existing defects not visible at the time of evaluation.
7. Privacy Policy
The personal information collected is used solely for contact, service, and billing purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
